About Us

Three Rivers Landcare is a not-for-profit community group working across the towns of Dunedoo, Coolah, and Mendooran. We are a passionate network of locals — farmers, educators, families, and volunteers — united by a shared mission: to care for our land, support sustainable agriculture, and nurture our beautiful regional environment.

With over 50 active members (and counting!), we believe real change starts from the ground up — quite literally.

💚 What We Stand For

We work to:

Preserve and protect natural areas, including our exciting long-term initiative: building shared river walkways to open up access to our beautiful waterways.

Support our farmers with sustainable practices and regenerative land management.

Educate the next generation through partnerships with local schools, connecting students with the environment.

Strengthen our towns with engaging events like our Made n Grown Markets, workshops, and community projects.

🌱 Why We Do It

We believe that thriving landscapes and healthy communities go hand-in-hand. Whether it’s planting trees, sharing local produce, or getting muddy with a school group, every action brings us closer to a more resilient, sustainable future for our towns.

👣 Get Involved

If you believe in local action, environmental care, and strong rural communities, we’d love to have you onboard. Whether you’re ready to dig in at an event, lend a hand on a project, or simply learn more — there’s a spot for you.
